Do you insure international clients, or just the UK?
We are Lloyd’s Brokers and have access to the global insurance market, either in principle or through our approved partner network. We operate Worldwide. LMP Group has no borders.
Are you an insurance company?
No, we are not. We are international insurance brokers, we place business, advise clients and handle claims on behalf of our clients, but we are not the insurer, nor are we employed by the insurer. We are an insurance, and reinsurance broker. Please refer to your Client Terms of Business Agreement ‘TOBA’ for full details. You may have several Insurers supporting the insurance policy you have procured. In all instances, we are independent of the insurers. We represent you, the client, and act as your adviser and professional services provider.”
How do I make a claim?
In all instances, urgency is the most important factor for all concerned. If you have your Client Director, or Account Executive’s number, call them in the first instance. Refer to you policy documentation for further emergency contacts.
